Rabbi Eliyahu Bakshi Doron, the former Chief Rabbi, fell ill with coronavirus and was admitted to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem.

Israel Hayom reported that his condition is light, but because he is suffering from various diseases he is at risk.
