Reserve Major-General Yossi Bachar has been appointed head of the emergency crisis team in Beitar Illit, and will lead the battle against the spread of the epidemic in the city.
The spokesman for the crisis team is the former deputy IDF spokesman, Reserve Colonel Oded Hershkovitz.
