Police detectives operating this morning in Jisser a-Zarqa and uncovered a home nursery school operating in violation of Health Ministry guidelines.
When they entered the scene, more than 10 babies were found in the living room, in contravention of Ministry instructions.
The landlady, a 32-year-old resident, received a NIS 5,000 citation for operating the place and was summoned for questioning at the Zichron Ya'akov Police Station.
