The Banking Supervision Department announced further reductions in reception at banking system branches in light of the updated Health Ministry guidelines.
Receiving the public will be concentrated at designated branches nationwide, where withdrawal and cash deposit services as well as check-related services only will be provided.
Other services will be provided subject to prior coordination and service availability at the branch or by digital means and via the call center.
