Former rabbi of Venice permits seder with electronic means

Rabbi Shalom Bahbout, former Chief Rabbi of Venice, issued a halakhic ruling that it is permissible to maintain a family Passover seder with the help of electronic means.

This, he said, so as to prevent crowds.
