Fox News reported that Rep. Mark Meadows is slated to give up his Congressional positon to replace Mick Mulvaney as Trump's secretary of state tomorrow.
Meadows entered self-imposed quarantine earlier this month after learning that a CPAC attendee had tested positive for COVID-19.
