Avigdor Liberman in barber shop against Health Ministry guidelines?

Reporter Omri Maniv from Channel 13 News tweeted last night that a well-known barber shop in Jerusalem opened yesterday for Avigdor Liberman contrary to Health Ministry instructions.

Liberman refused to comment.
