Petition to High Court: Discrimination bars Jews from Temple Mount

An activist group has petitioned the High Court to allow Jews access to the Temple Mount. The petition demands a single ruling that will apply to Muslims and Jews alike as opposed to the preferential and discriminatory access currently in place that favors Muslim access.
