An attack was thwarted near Deir Abu Mashaal in the Efraim Regional Division.
IDF fighters staked out the area and identified two suspects throwing rocks at vehicles and were preparing to throw concussion grenades at the road as well.
The fighters responded by shooting, striking one of the suspects.
IDF fighters scanned the area to locate all suspects.
