A 5,000 NIS fine was levied on the groom of a wedding attended by over 30 individuals that took place in the Neve Yaakov neighborhood of Jerusalem as well as the cafe owner from the Arab neighborhood of Wadi al-Joz who exerted him to hold the event despite limitations imposed by the Ministry of Health.
