Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Leon announced the establishment of a virtual mall that will feature all of the city's businesses providing links to their websites.
Leon also discussed setting up a business loan fund of up to NIS 100,000 for the capital city, with the NIS 500 cost of opening a new business to be paid by the municipality.
