A man who returned from Thailand and was self-quarantined refused to allow three officials from the Health Ministry to enter his residence to inspect the premises for compliance with quarantine measures. The police have opened an investigation and the uncooperative quarantined resident has been ordered to pay a fine of 5,000 shekels.
