Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said in a special statement on the coronavirus crisis, "Our goal is to enable continuous functioning of the economy, and this will be done through an immediate package of NIS 10 billion. We have given 4 and we are adding another 6 to stabilize the economy.
"As much as is needed, we can provide additional assistance. We will add NIS 1 billion to health. We are talking about saving lives here. The priority is for the health system," Netanyahu said, adding that a NIS 8 billion fund will be set up to help businesses.
