The Airports Authority has decided on a number of measures in addition to those taken earlier this week due to the coronavirus outbreak in Israel.
Terminal 3's operational activities will only be carried out from Arms C and D with two arms being closed. The check-in sectors on the ground floor (G) and the special tent will be closed for activity and all terminal activities will take place on the third floor. In coordination with the workers' committees, all temporary employees are on leave without pay and other employees go on annual leave, according to the operational needs and the discretion of the managers. All of the authority's units will look at the staffing situation with an eye to reducing permanent positions.
