A three-judge panel of the Supreme Court has rejected a petition by the Movement for Quality Goverernment that would bar Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu from being given a chance to form a government because of the corruption indictments against him.
Justices Fogelman, Mazuz and Barak Erez wrote, "The petition does not include any explanation as to why the same was submitted essentially without a change in the factual-legal situation and before the conditions enumerated in the previous judgment were met."
