The Bnei Akiva Movement decided to postpone the traditional ascent to Mount Birya over Tzfat that was scheduled for Thursday, in which 6,000 members were expected to participate.
The decision came in the wake of Health Ministry directives banning events involving more than 5,000 people, against the backdrop of the spread of the coronavirus.
