Yisrael Beyteinu's prerequisite conditions for joining the coalition:
1. A minimum living wage equaling 70% of the minimum wage for all pensioners living from income assurance and old age pension;
2. Transferring all authority over public transportation and opening businesses on Shabbat to local government;
3. The Draft Law on drafting yeshiva students as it was passed in first reading of the 20th Knesset;
4. Civil marriage law;
5. Conversion by city rabbis so that any rabbi can may up a court and preform conversions.
