The Movement for Quality Government has expressed opposition to legislation that states that anyone indicted cannot form a government, just days after it petitioned the Supreme Court to effectively achieve the same result.
The movement sent a letter to Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein and Member of Knesset Ofer Shelah - a proponent of the measure - on Thursday, saying that promoting a move that seeks to amend the Basic Law in a fast way won't work.
