In light of the Health Ministry ban on mass events and crowds of more than 5,000 people, announced on Wednesday, Gur Hasidim, which is considered to be the largest hasidic group in Israel, has canceled its Purim Tisch' which was to take place in Jerusalem.

Gur also ordered all towels to be removed from the synagogue area. If more serious bans are announced, smaller groups will also ban gatherings. The Carlin Hasidim have taken the ministry's instructions one step further and installed a hand sanitizer on the door to their rebbe's office.
