Yair Netanyahu has filed a motion to cancel a judgment which required him to pay a quarter of a million shekels to former Walla editor Avi Alkalay.
The verdict was made against him after he failed to file a defense. The application for cancellation states that "the respondent did not act in good faith and misled the court."
