Member of Knesset Miki Zohar (Likud) has criticized Prime Minister and Likud Chairman Binyamin Netanyahu's words that "the Arabs are flocking to the polls".

Interviewed by Radio 103FM, Zohar said, "Netanyahu was wrong in saying this sentence and has apologized for it. The Joint List [of predominantly Arab parties] is not a partner to form a government, but the Arab public is a legitimate public. They need to be persuaded to stop supporting the Joint List and start supporting us."
