MK Matan Kahana spoke of the next government's goals at the end of a Yamina (right-wing party) meeting:
"We are very happy over the victory of the vision of the right," Kahana declared. "We hope that the government will immediately extend sovereignty to Judea and Samara, restrain the power of the Supreme Court, and bring about a Jewish state with a Jewish spirit in a manner that is agreeable to everyone."
