President Reuven Rivlin said, Tuesday, "Basically, there is one truth: it is the duty of the state and its leaders to do everything they can for our soldiers who have not returned from the battle."
Speaking at the memorial ceremony for the killed in action whose burial place is unknown, corresponding to the anniversary of biblical Moses' death, Rivlin added, "This is a moral obligation of the highest order. This is the Zionist and ethical code that must not be forgotten."
