Some 40,000 head to national parks and nature reserves

About 40,000 visitors went out to the national parks and nature reserves of Israel on election day.

Among the prominent sites for visitors were Masada with 1900 visitors, Yarkon Tel Afek with 1700 visitors, Banias with 1500 visitors, Caesarea with 1300 visitors and Beit Guvrin with 1000 visitors.
