Natan Eshel, Netanyahu's close advisor, made a last ditch effort to draw Ben-Gvir and his Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Strength) party into the right wing bloc coalition. The idea was for Ben-Gvir to "technically" align with the Likud for Monday's elections, after which he could immediately withdraw from the alignment if he wished. Although Ben-Gvir rejected the offer It seems that the door is not yet completely shut on the possibility of some sort of accommodation with Otzma Yehudit.
