David Elhayani, head of the Yesha Council, political arm of Judea and Samaria residents, praised the new plan for building in the communities that the Council represents. "After many years of waiting, we welcome the announcement of new construction that will strengthen our presence throughout Judea, Samaria, and the Jordan Valley. Following next Monday's elections, we expect that the new government, regardless of its make-up, will continue to go forward building our communities with the kind of approvals we have seen today."
