Yisrael Beytenu Chair Avigdor Liberman explained at the Maariv conference why he did not eliminate Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh as he promised before he was appointed defense minister.
"Did you order the army to thwart Haniyeh?", Liberman was asked, and replied, "Once I failed to realize my security concept, I took my feet and left, I do not stick to a chair."
