About 3:30 am, during the check-in process of the morning flights, a malfunction was detected in the baggage transfer system at Terminal 3 of Ben Gurion Airport.
While reinforced maintenance-division teams worked on repairing the malfunction from the moment it was discovered, some of the flights departed up to an hour late so as not to leave the baggage in Israel. Baggage that was left at the airport due to the problem will leave during the day.
