At a meeting called by Yuval Steinitz, Minister of Energy, a master plan was revealed for enhancement of electtrical service to Judea, Samaria, and the Jordan Valley. Heads of the municipal councils of the areas involved were in attendance. The new grid, bolstered by 300 kilometers of high voltage line at a cost of 3-4 billion shekels, will improve the quality and dependability of electrical service to these areas.
