Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu addressed an election conference in Acre about the refusal of Blue and White chairman Benny Gantz to debate him.
"Yesterday I invited Benny Gantz to a TV show. He refuses. He can't handle the pressure of a TV show, how will he cope with the many pressures facing the Prime Minister of Israel? Benny Gantz is scared to come. Israel needs a true leader. Benny Gantz is scared to come to a TV show because they will see he is not a leader. He quotes things that are given to him by advertisers. He has nothing to offer, he can't stand under pressure and he is a left-wing man, which is why he refuses to come to debate"
"I call on him again, Benny Gantz, come to the debate. Israeli citizens need to see who they choose, what positions, how you deal with pressure, come to the debate," Netanyahu said.
