South Korean President Moon Jae-in said on Tuesday that the country’s economy is in an emergency due to the coronavirus outbreak.
According to the official South Korean Yonhap news agency, the President ordered his Cabinet to mobilize all available "special" means to handle the "emergency economic situations" attributable to the continued spread of the virus.
