A court in Bahrain sentenced a civilian to three years in prison on Monday for burning an Israeli flag during a protest in support of Palestinians, according to Channel 12 News.
The Supreme Appeals Court refused to hear the suspect's appeal. The court convicted him of organizing a rally and illegal rioting. The judges said, "the man intended to endanger the lives of citizens, undermine public safety and interfere with traffic."
