The Pelephone cellular telephone service reports that it has submitted an offer to acquire Golan Telecom for 710 million shekels.
Prior to that, the controlling shareholder in Golan Telecom, Electra Consumer Products, reported that it was in talks to sell Golan to Cellcom.
