Chairman Neil Hendel of the Central Election Committee has ordered Chairman Benny Gantz of the Blue and White Party to remove a post on his Facebook page showing of Israeli soldiers who were wounded in the Jerusalem ramming attack a week and a half ago and then took part in the swearing-in ceremony for the Golani Brigade.
In doing so the Supreme Court justice accepted the petition of the Movement for Quality Government that stated that it was advertising for propaganda purposes contrary to the law. He imposed a fine of 4,000 shekels on Gantz.
