Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu called on Likud voters to turn out in next month's general election, saying Thursday that restoring turnout to its April 2019 level is critical for the establishment of a new right-wing government.

"In the last election, 300,000 Likud voters stayed at home," Netanyahu told supporters in Rosh Haayin. "In this election, they will turn out and vote, they will be decisive, because the choice is very simple: a strong Likud government led by me, or a left-wing government led by Gantz which is dependent on Ahmed Tibi. We are close to a great victory."
