Former United States envoy Jason Greenblatt told Galei Tzahal radio on Thursday that Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas can live up to the US peace plan for the PA and Israel. He said the PA would have to take a number of steps on behalf of Israeli security.
