Against the backdrop of Wednesday's publication by the United Nations Human Rights Council of a blacklist of companies doing business in Israeli-controlled parts of Judea and Samaria, an emergency meeting is being held Thursday morning with industrialists from the Barkan Industrial Area in Samaria, Chairman Yossi Dagan of the Samaria Regional Council and Economy Minister Eli Cohen.
The meeting will discuss ways of understanding the meaning of the decision and actions to take in response. Dagan said, "We will use every means at our disposal to combat this delusional decision. We expect the State of Israel to stand by us."
