Yossi Dagan, head of Samaria Regional Council, responded to UN Human Rights Council's 'blacklist'.
"The response of the State of Israel to this anti-Semitic decision should be the application of sovereignty.
"If the Israeli government had applied sovereignty this week as promised in Washington - this would not have happened. The countries of the world would not dare to challenge the sovereignty of the State of Israel," Dagan said.
