The Water Authority and Kinneret Authority report that the level of the Kinneret rose an additional 2.5 centimeters yesterday reaching 209.995 meters below sea level. The Kinneret has one more meter (about a yard) to rise before the Degania Dam will open, channeling the overflow into the Jordan River.
