A district court disclosed, Monday evening, that the 19-year-old man put on administrative detention for a month after being released from the custody of the Shabak Israel Security Agency is Elia Ben-David, a member of the Torah core group in Nof Hagalil (formerly Natzrat Illit).
Administrative detention means he may be held without charges being filed.
