A prosecutor's statement of intention to prosecute was filed a short while ago in the Jerusalem Magistrates Court against a resident of the city who was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a pregnant woman in the face as she drove.
His detention was extended until Wednesday, for the purpose of serving him with the indictment.
