Foreign ministry officials are furious at the Health Ministry's announcement of countries it is best not to travel to for fear of contracting the coronavirus.
The officials said, "The Health Ministry has taken a step without consultation and could hurt diplomatic relations that have been worked on for many years with the travel warning that it has published."
