The government approved Prime Minister Netanyahu's plan to invest NIS 35 million into security components and civilian aid in Ashkelon.
"As part of this program, we'll work on an immediate overhaul of dozens of public shelters in the city, expand child support treatments, and also bring smart systems and special emergency equipment," Netanyahu said at a government meeting.
