An event manager, a 23-year-old resident of Holon, and an amplification technician, a 29-year-old Netanya resident, were detained for questioning on suspicion of producing a "nature party" near Shoham, without a license or temporary permit as required by law.
Police located minor participants at the scene, some of whom said: "We're blasted on drugs - let us unload with a little music."
