The Ministry of Health received a message about a dog with rabies that was wandering around Kfar Blum and Beit Hillel, in the Upper Galilee.
The dog is black, medum-sized, with a white stripe on her chest. The victims began receiving treatment to prevent rabies.
The Ministry of Health is asking anyone who has been in contact, or whose animals have come into contact with the affected animal or a roaming animal to contact the Health Bureau in Tzfat or the Health Bureau nearest to their place of residence.
