2 Arabs accused of stealing dozens of parrots in Migdal Ha'emek

Police this week indicted a PA Arab and an eastern Jerusalem Arab who stole dozens of parrots from a habitat in Migdal Ha'emek.

The stolen parrots amounted to some 1,175,000 shekels.
