Iowas Democratic caucus results will not be known for hours, as the party admits "inconsistencies" in the count and are using paper ballots after denying they were hacked, reports the Daily Mail.
The Mail says an app supposed to be the reporting system was a "mess" and results had to be phoned in.
Because of the complicated system it is possible for the person with the most delegates to not have the largest share of votes, so tat more than one campaign may declare itself winner.
