Hiddush: Enforce mandatory education law for 45,000 children in Jerusalem

The Hiddush organization for Religious Freedom and Equality has petitioned the Supreme Court against the Jerusalem municipality, demanding enforcement of the compulsory education law for some 45,000 haredi-religious and Arab children attending educational institutions that Hiddush claims are not licensed.
