Pit bull owner indicted in 2018 death of a 3-year-old

The Jerusalem District Attorney has indicted the owner of a dog that attacked a 3-year-old toddler and caused his death in May of 2018.

The indictment included negligent homicide, possession of a dangerous dog, possession of a dog without a permit.
