Chairman Avigdor Liberman has responded to demonstrations by the haredi-religious Peleg Yerushalmi Jerusalem Faction in protest of the arrest of a yeshiva student who did not report for induction into the Israel Defense Forces.
Writing on Twitter, Liberman said, "We must put an end to the bullying of the draft dodgers and the Jerusalem Faction. The law enforcement system must exhaust all legal efforts with the rioters. It's unthinkable that every time they feel like it will block roads and disrupt the lives of citizens of the state."
